Thank you for choosing B. Piri Photography. We work hard to deliver great photos and services that capture your special moments. Please read our return and refund policy to know how we handle returns and cancellations.

• Returns and Exchanges:
  Due to the personalized and custom nature of photography products (such as prints, albums, and digital downloads), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

• Damaged or Defective Items:
  If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Order Errors:
  If you believe there was an error in your order (e.g., wrong product or incorrect files delivered), please contact us within 7 days so we can address the issue promptly.

• Booking and Deposits:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session or event date will receive a refund of any payments made minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the session or event date are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days prior to the original date.

• Refunds:
  Refunds for services are only issued in cases where B. Piri Photography is unable to deliver the agreed service (e.g., photographer illness or emergency). In such cases, you may opt for a full refund or reschedule.

• Digital Files:
  Digital downloads are delivered via secure online galleries or links. Sharing or unauthorized distribution of digital files is prohibited.

• Satisfaction Guarantee:
  We aim to deliver high-quality work you’ll love. If you have concerns about your images, please contact us promptly so we can discuss possible solutions.
